The Shed opens Fri-Sun 10-4.30 from 4th March, before returning to five days a week in line with Dapdune Wharf's summer opening hours from Saturday 25th March. From walnut bridge follow the route pass the side of the Odeon (not along the river) towards the car park, turn left. Go up it. The River Wey has some interesting history. Under the bridge, the potentially muddy dirt path continues, and you will walk past a Wey Navigation river split. Two designated parking spaces can be found next to the Information hut. Minus the bramble to my sons face which meant it all ended in tears. 3) Turn left, cross over the bridge and follow the road around the corner past some cottages. It is a serene and peaceful river that passes through some classic English countryside and has an amazing 300 year old history of barge transport and canal infrastructure.
