Most recently in March it sold its south-east Asian operations in Thailand and Malaysia for $10.6bn (8.5bn) in cash. The Thai court dismissed the case, ruling that the criticism made by the defendant was 'in good faith by way of fair comment on any person or thing subjected to public criticism'.
